Roof Pool with Best View Around

This Holiday Inn was better than others I have stayed in. The rooftop pool with the view of the Opera House, downtown skyline, and Harbor Bridge is unbeatable. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I considered eating at the bar one night when I was a little too tired to go out. Reconsidered when she told me the burgers were pre-cooked patties. Also, no exercise room but then again this does not seem to be a popular concept in Australian hotels as it is in America. Room was clean and comfortable and the Rocks is a neat location- close to lots of attractions.

Great Location

Located right near the Sydney Bridge, wanted to walk the bridge. Only took 5 minutes to walk to the entrance of the bridge. Great views from the pool area too

Great Location

The location was ideal, right next to Harbour bridge and Circular Quay for picking up ferry's, hop on & off city tour stop just across the road and train station 5 minutes walk. Hotel itself is a little tired and room fairly small but had everything we needed and did not spend much time in it as so much to see in Sydney so did not think it mattered that much. Breakfast very good a great buffet selection.

the hotel is in a wonderful position

the hotel is in a wonderful position in the Rocks area - everything is so close to the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are roomy and clean. Had a great stay and will stay again.

It was a great location , the rooms were very small and for the same amount of money i could of stated in another hotel near by for the same cost ,i will definately will stay somewhere else next stay in sydney

Absolutely love the pillow choice.

A very pleasant stay with excellent

A very pleasant stay with excellent staff. breakfasts were well presented and the staff friendly. Would be happy to stay again. Only one small glitch and that was a problem with the room key/card which had to be changed three times. I understand they are aware of that and should resolve shortly.

The staff were friendly and service

The staff were friendly and service was quite efficient. Great location and great views of the harbour from the roof top.
