Welcome to High-field Hotel.The hotel offer 2 star art-deco budget accommodation in the heart of Sydney's tourist precinct surrounded by famous restaurants and cafes and nightlife. great location only few meters

Ok for college backpacker trying

Ok for college backpacker trying to save a dollar. I found this place old and run down not to mention noisey.weeends brought the under age drinkers and heavy traffic. I would not reccommend this place to adults over 25. The n'hood restaurants were convenient and food generally good. Location was an easy walk to downtown and subway just 1/2 block away.

When booking I was not aware it

When booking I was not aware it was a backpackers. My husband had a procedure at St Vincents Hospital and we were not prepared to use the bathroom facilities. Left immediatly.

For the money paid the Highfield

For the money paid the Highfield Hotel was good value - well located - very near Kings Cross Station - room clean and servicable - self service light breakfast - quieter and more private than a backpackers.
