This hotel was the best for location, location, location. The only downside was the airport shuttle to here...left us off ... ten blocks from here but the hotel was great. I traveled with my adult daughter and the only down side was the last day here we didn't have our room changed (only required towel changes) but evidence when we returned idicated that the room had not been attended to. A quick call and towels were dropped off and things were good. LOVED IT! Would definitely go stay there again.

Visited Sydney for the first time. The Concierge and other staff very helpful. Location was super! Right in the middle of ... the Rocks, Que, and Darling Harbor. Easy walking distance to whatever your heart desires! The place was clean! Would book at the Grace, next time in Sydney, hopefully soon!Also, will recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Sydney.

Safe, central location to City Sights

Much deserved 4 star rating, felt grand. Our room was ready by 10 am. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Location was ... excellent for walking to many things we wanted to see. Six fast elevators. We enjoyed coffee, food at Cafe and pub on site as well as nicely priced gift shop. Hotel provided a free transformer for our electrical needs. Cabs always available,

Great hotel for the price

Great hotel for the price. It was located in the Darling Harbour area of Sydney. One block behind George St. I would ... recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a good hotel for a cheap price. The room was on the small side but it was very clean and modern. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance from hotel.

Nice hotel getaway

The Grace Hotel was very nice and clean. It was in a god location, withing walking distance to everything. The staff was ... friendly and nice and went out of their way to help us figure out what to do and where to go. The only thing that we didn't like is that they didn't tell us that is was $.90 to make a local phone call even if we had our own phone card. We spent over $20 just on the phone bill and it wasn't even long distance. Not really a big deal but it would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have used our calling card at a payphone for free.

Darling Harbor was really nice. Seemed like a very clean part of town and there was plenty to do. We went to the wildlife park and got to pet kangaroos and koalas. It was a lot of fun just exploring the harbor!

Darling Harbor was really nice. Seemed like a very clean part of town and there was plenty to do. We went to the wildlife park and got to pet kangaroos and koalas. It was a lot of fun just exploring the harbor!
