Weekend in Sydney

The staff were fabulous and helpful, friendly. The bed very comfortable and hotel location is great, can't beat this in Sydney. Didn't try the restaurant so can't comment. Would definitely stay there again! only negatives were that the room (deluxe# was a small and sound from outside our room carried very loudly #small children).

Perfect location

Staying at The Four Seasons Sydney was a perfect addition to our short stay in Sydney. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The city view of the Vivid Light Show was wonderful. The late check out of 12 midday made our final morning leisurely and pleasurable. Thank you Four Seasons.

Service was the highlight!

Great experience - expensive, but fantastic location and the service was impeccable. They were so happy to help. We upgraded to a suite and it was worth it for the view. The bed was so heavenly and the pillows so soft that I bought one! Only complaint was the surcharge on credit card.

A five star treat

We splashed out for our anniversary by staying at the Four Seasons. It was very central to all of Sydney's sights and we really enjoyed ourselves despite the pouring rain and gloomy skies! We were a little let down by the 5 star rating as the room was showing it's age a little and the bed did not face the view which is why we paid the extra. In house dining is way too expensive, so out of the question for us, even breakfast! Overall though, we did enjoy ourselves.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Try all venues for a variety of meals outside the hotel, they are far less expensive and only a short walk away.

Should have been better

The view of the opera house / quay area was fantastic but the cleanliness of the windows was well below par. The same oily head smudge marks were there for three days. The turn down service did not turn up for the last two nights. An empty bottle of champagne in an ice bucket remained in the room for more than 24 hours.

Fabulous Memories

The hotel was brilliant. Great rooms. Amazing views of both the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. A short stroll to Circular Quay and the eateries. Staff polite and welcoming. Room clean. Service flawless. Happy to stay again and again. However the bar closed a day we were there.

Friendly service, excellent views

We stayed one night while attending a concert in the Opera House which was only a short stroll away. Close to everything, attentive service and the views from our City-Harbour view room was just fantastic.12 noon check out time was a welcome feature as we are not morning people. Will certainly patronise this hotel again.
