Good for a short stay - no swimming pool is a disadvantage particularly if staying for a number of days. While the Hotel itself is modern and well presented the rooms are ensuite are of average standard.

Service is good but room is small
Service is good but room is small and crowded. TV table too big and almost a hazard. The twin beds are so small (don't believe it is international benchmark) that you sleep in fear of rolling over the edge.

Mix up on the bookings. Seems a twin double is really a twin bed room. Moved us on the last night of a three night stay. Good service, quiet on the City side. Rooms are very small for this type of hotel. Seemed as though prepaid clients were 2nd Class

Had a nice stay. Have stayed in many hotels for work and for my holidays but the only bad experience was the girl at reception when booking in did not look at once during her duties to book us in. She just looked at the computer the whole time. I found that rude and not welcoming.

Unbeatable location close to CBD
Unbeatable location close to CBD & Darling Harbour.Clean & tidy.Helpful staff.Loud water pipe noise(on lower level) Staff sympathetic but no resolution. Do the best deal you can because parking will set you back $40/day.

Was a bit disappointed there was no spa/pool and the room wasn't stocked with soap and the minibar was not restocked when the cleaners came through. Rooms are quite small. Service was good though.

The room was very small and after
The room was very small and after complaining and having to pay an extra $40.00 per night was moved to a room that was comparable to the original in the photo. We had to wait 45 mins to get into the new room also. Plus I.D. was required when moving from the old room into the new room. (What the?) This was followed by an all night party above us that boomed music until midnight. It took two phone calls to get the music stopped. The counter staff were not not helpful, infact they made the experience worse. I will not be staying in this or any other Sheraton again.
