The location, room decor, furniture
The location, room decor, furniture and cleanliness were top notch, and great value for money. Unfortunately, I was woken up my an overzealous cleaner trying to get in the room at 8.15am. While we did not have the sign on the door, it's not rocket science to work out we were only staying one night and were most likely to be asleep rather than not in the room (and knocking on the door is insufficient checking before trying to open the door at that hour).

The Four Points Sheraton is a
The Four Points Sheraton is a stunning Hotel. We were fortunate to have the harbourview room which just takes your breath away. We were impressed with all aspects of the Hotel. The only thing we were unhappy with was the quality and state of the pillows. The views and service did make up for it.

Overall the hotel is great, lo
Overall the hotel is great, location,cleanliness, friendly serivice but at time of arrival they didnt have our room ready and we had to be relocated twice- not a big issue but may be for some. Room service is overpriced - only downfall.
