FANTASTIC
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to a harbor view without our asking. Our fourth floor room had an excellent view of Darling Harbor and was right over the Sydney Aquarium. The National Maritime Museum was right across the harbor and accessible by footbridge. Food was expensive in Australia.

Short walk from hotel
Downtown shopping is a short walk away. We enjoyed our shopping "romp". What a wonderful city in which to shop.

It is a good hotel in a very good location. Staff were friendly and polite. Food and drinks prices are very high though and resulted in me shopping outside of the hotel for food and drink. TV and TV channels could be better - very limited non-digital - due for an upgrade.

Bathroom toiletries almost non-existent. I had to share the only small bar of soap between the wash basin and the bath! Breakfast is very expensive!

Hotel was good - would have been
Hotel was good - would have been nice to have breakfast included with the accommodation. Would have also liked a pool/spa or sauna. Gymnasium was great - better than other hotels I've stayed in. Staff were lovely, helpful and very friendly.

Breakfast options all too dear. Hallway carpets especially in doorways of rooms look very soiled is very noticeable and lowers the overall outlook

A great location and fantastic
A great location and fantastic views. But was disappointed to figure out we had 2 single beds pushed together to make what we were meant to have. We booked a king room!!! Room service menu is also quite small and you are charged $6 for delivery!!
