Lovely room and good service.
Lovely room and good service. We were disappointed that we had to pay $240 for the night and then when we checked out got another $40 dollars on top of that for parking. Parking should have been included with the room price!!! No body advised us that we would have to pay for parking as well, most hotels provide customers with parking as part of their service, not this hotel...

The hotel is located well and
The hotel is located well and you can easily walk to either the Harbour bridge and ferries or ChinaTown and the market. The room was adequate and clean but if you want to get the best from the location you need to get a premium room with views. It was quiet and the well stocked breakfast buffet catered for both Aust and Asian tastes. Attentive staff.

The hotel is really well located
The hotel is really well located , however when we went to retire we discovered that the bed linen had not been changeg from the last guest, the hotel made an effort to compensate for this so i hope it is not a regular occurance, i would stay again to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Recent Trip - January 2011
Four Points by Sheraton was conveniently located - it's actually on the opposite side of Darling Harbour - no hotels are actually on the wharf side. Full service hotel - room service and great concierge service that had answers to every question. Less than a 15 minute walk to downtown - very convenient.

Perfect location for downtown - short walk to shopping as well as Circular Quay/Opera House, Harbour Bridge and on the opposite side of the water from Darling Harbour.

I stayed the night at this hotel with my sister. I couldn't fault the service and the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is worth a visit as well. The fire works over Darling Harbour for Australia Day was up close and personal - beautiful

Room became small with the fold-out
Room became small with the fold-out bed... we have 2 children. Balcony view over d/harbour was spectacular, especially at night. Only 3 clean towels available on 2nd night, had to share, all available facilities were excellent, especially the gym. It's a shame there is no indoor or outdoor pool. Very good customer service and I would stay there again. Location is excellent with a short 2 minute stroll to d/harbour. O/night parking opposite hotel was very convenient, but a tad expensive. Not the ideal hotel room for kids, but a very enjoyable stay nonetheless. ;-)

Excellent location and a great
Excellent location and a great way to spend Australia Day celebrations at Darling Harbour. The staff were lovelly (friendly, understanding, informative and professional), they treated my kids (4 & 6 yrs) and myself very well. I highly recommend Four Points by Sherton, Darling Harbour.

Excellent location for a stay
Excellent location for a stay in Sydney overlooking Darling Harbour -lots of bars and restaurants within easy walk, as is one of the harbour ferry stops. Concierge services very efficient, and friendly staff at reception, who enabled us to upgrade to a bigger room overlooking the harbour - not cheap, but well worth it as we stayed for five days. Didn't use the restaurant as so much choice outside, breakfast on the harbour so much nicer, and cheaper! Would stay there again if ever return to Sydney - unlikely at current exchange rates, must be the most expensive country on the planet for UK visitors!
