We enjoyed a very pleasant stay
We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this Sheraton. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the location perfect for us to access the convention centre which was a short 10min stroll along Darling Harbour. Although the bathroom needed a bit of an overhaul, the fabulous duckdown pillow made up for it.

Smooth check in and staff where
Smooth check in and staff where nice even though they messed up our room service breakfast, room maintenance for a 5? star was not good, Remote battery was flat, light bulb not working, and toilet flush kept running on after each refill ( while hotel asked us to save water by not renewing our towels each day) and curtains would not close properly, buffey breakfast was only average for this quality of hotel, although my wife did get perfect pouched eggs on request. Would stay again at Hotel Rates but would not want to pay their full rate as would not be worth the money.

Great location for access to Darling
Great location for access to Darling Harbour, the city and transport. Excellent facilities and rooms. Disappointed with initial room allocation, but that was rectified satisfactorily.

Excellent location and close to
Excellent location and close to so much. The walking, dining and shopping were fantastic. The price was a bit high for us but totally in line with the competition (even a bit lower); a definite treat. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and the concierge is a must meet as he is a dead ringer for a your David Bowie. BTW, he is beyond helpful. This is the kind of hotel and the style of service that you would dream of and could afford for a weekend. How good it the property? We met a retired Governor of Florida and his wife in the lobby.

My partner and i stayed at the
My partner and i stayed at the Four Points for two nights, we had never been to Sydney before so the concierge team were extremely helpful with directing us to all the hot spots. From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was very warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately stay there again. Thanks agin Four Points.

Lovely room and good service.
Lovely room and good service. We were disappointed that we had to pay $240 for the night and then when we checked out got another $40 dollars on top of that for parking. Parking should have been included with the room price!!! No body advised us that we would have to pay for parking as well, most hotels provide customers with parking as part of their service, not this hotel...
