short stay

Facilities are very very basic. Beds were not done during our 3 night stay. Room did not appear fresh. Windows were dirty and no evidence of any detergent used to clean the room.

Disgusting

Possibly the worst hotel i've ever stayed.Dirty,the staff acted like they hated working there and it showed in their attitudes and the condition of the place.Shared a bathroom with 40 other people.

Very convenient for our requirements.

Very convenient for our requirements. Bathroom way too small. Had to climb over toilet to get into shower! Could not use the sink in bathroom for anything. Way to small. Otherwise great location.

The exterior of this building

The exterior of this building has lovely character, and if you are lucky enough to be in a room facing the street, will enjoy the balcony. The interior is clean but a bit tired. The single room is spacious enough for one on a short stay. No issues in regards to having to share a bathroom and the shower water pressure is perfect. Would happily stay again

I booked a single room with shared

I booked a single room with shared bathroom/toilet facilities but was not aware that there was only one bathroom/toilet per area. Gaining access to the bathroom proved to be quite a challenge in the mornings due to the high demand. If you need to go somewhere in the morning and want to use the toilet or shower beforehand you need to build in sufficient time to allow you to wait for access unless you are planning on getting up before the rush or using it after the rush. The rooms have paper thin walls so any movement in adjoining rooms, exiting or accessing these or the watching of TV is very apparent and will disturb most people's sleep. There was a TV on al night in the room adjoining me on one night and I would have been lucky to have got 3 hours sleep. The rooms are clean and come with a sink, crockery and cutlery and a bar fridge. They represent reasonable value if you are prepared to put up with the limitations that I have just mentioned.

Best budget accommodation that

Best budget accommodation that I have stayed in. Small but functional room was quiet at night, found the staff friendly and located at Potts Point so easy to get to the city and eastern beaches. Will definitely stay there again I need cheap accommodation in Sydney.
