Bad, Bad, Bad!
Please don't consider this hotel...it's a total dump. Halls are filthy, carpet is stained. Room is a closet, barely enough room to move, walls are all scratched and dirty, carpet again is stained, bathroom is not clean. So many hotels in Sydney that are the same price and so much nicer. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! IF THERE WAS A ZERO I WOULD HAVE USED IT!

small room
The facility is old and the room is small. The grout between ceramic tile turned black years ago. It is next to China Town and 30 minutes walk from Circluar Quay.

Convenient to all in the C.B.D.
Convenient to all in the C.B.D. Checkin was slow and lift was busy. Convenient car park. Check the Sydney one way streets to get in! Breakfast was adequate and food was replenished when asked for. We would stay again. Room was a decent size, no view.

The only good thing about this
The only good thing about this hotel was it's location. The room was moderately clean, until you moved the bed and discovered all the junk other people had left behind. The furniture in the bedroom was broken (handles were missing) and shabby. The staff were uninterested in customer service to the point of rudeness.

Hotel was clean and neat, breakfast
Hotel was clean and neat, breakfast was included in our price and was fresh and hot. The rooms were very basic but the location was what was the best - came out of our show at the Capitol Theatre and could take the kids straight to bed without having to fight the traffic or get a cab.

Middle of range hotel in a very
Middle of range hotel in a very good position close to Chinatown and Darling Harbour. We always stay here when we come to Sydney on business and have done so for several years. Breakfast is fairly basic. Car parking is under the hotel in a commercial car park but you get a discount. Even so it costs $30 a night. Reception reasonably friendly.
