Great location and great price!
Great location and great price! Service was just moderate, we stayed 3 days and no one came to clean the room on the second day, but no biggie. Be sure to know what you have paid for in [website]. We booked a superior queen room for 3 ppl but when we get there, the reception guy said that we haven't paid for the third person and ask for it. When I insisted that it's already included in [website], only then we don't need to pay extra.

I have stayed at BreakFree on George twice (2007, and 2010) and have thoroughly enjoyed both times. This hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, and is a 3 minute walk to Central station. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the service is outstanding! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wishes to stay in sydney!

have stayed here twice. first
have stayed here twice. first time on a high floor, this time on the third. unless you are use to very noisy traffic i wouldn't advise staying on a lower floor. had to sleep with earplugs after the first night. location = excellent.

The travelling ranger club
great place to stay
The hotel was in a great location but because of the great location on the main road it was noisy. I didn't mind the noise because we could walk out our door and there were bars and restaurants right there.

Disappointing to have no storage
Disappointing to have no storage facility for our bags on the day of checking out. It was necessary to leave our bags at the hotel until we finished our business but had to use the lockers downstairs. While this was a useful alternative it was an added/unexpected expense. All other hotels that we have used do offer storeage facilities.
