BEST WESTERN PLUS Hotel Stellar Sydney

Room was very spacious and clean. Great little self contained kitchen. Stayed with 3 people in one room and sofa bed was terrible but we arranged for the hotel to provide a rollaway bed and that was much better. They also attended to that problem very quickly. Quite happy with stay and if I had to say one bad thing it would probably be the house keeping. Towels were not replaced and dirty ones were left on the floor not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Only stayed for 2 nights so we weren't really fussed. Location was close to everything but was not a fan of Oxford street. Darling Habour area is a much nicer area to stay in.

Very comfortable room, great location, view across to Hyde Park, windows that open, wifi available in room at a charge, quiet enough mid week, last minute rate was excellent.

I first discovered this gem through reviews on [website]. I have stayed there each time I am in Sydney. It is great. The first time in December 08 I had a corner room - huge with leather seat, big bathroom etc. Thought I would have the same on my last visit but not so but still the bathroom was good,the room very clean and comfortable, little noise from the streest butthe cleaners made a bit of noise in the morning - lucky I didn't want a sleep in. This hotel is so convenient, so well priced, I tell anyone I meet where I stay and recommend the place. I am thinking of going to Sydney with my wife for a few days of leisure later this year as I have only been there by myself on business beforen - Stellar Hotel is the only place I would stay. Can't recommend highly enough. Do yourself a favour and try it.

The location is great for tourists and the staff are very helpful - upon request I was moved to a room away from the street. Only criticism is that the bed was very hard.

This hotel was created by converting an old warehouse/office building into a small hotel. The location is great. The rooms are very large with high ceilings but poorly lit. Don't count on doing much work in them at night. They were difficult to heat in winter. The elevator is very noisy when it stops or starts which reverberates into the rooms from the corridor. I wish something would be done about this old elevator

Previous reviews were accurate, this is a fabulous little place to stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to city and other attractions. The room was a reasonable size very comfortable for two, bathroom and interiors all tastefully refurbished. Would recommend to all for location and value for money.

La kitchenette n'est pas equipée d'une plaque chauffante. Le menage a été loupé une fois durant mon sejour d'une semaine. Le personel est très sympa et l'hotel est tres bien situé. A recommander!

Internet (W-LAN) nur gegen Gebühr. Dies war aber in der Beschreibung nicht ausdrücklich erwähnt, wie z. B. beim Parken, und wie es bei den australischen Hotels üblich ist. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Hotelmanager soll nun die HP entsprechend ergänzt werden. Ich erhielt schließlich den I-Zugang gratis.
