I found the staff very courteous
I found the staff very courteous and welcoming. i have nothing to complain about. it was our anniversary and the hotel made it a happy one.

good location for University of
good location for University of Sydney and UTS but the hotel has seen better days. Although I was staying alone in my room, the sofa bed was made - and stayed that way for four days. The hotel is one of the last drop-off points for the airport shuttle, so it takes a long time to get there. Heating/aircon did not seem to work either

Paid extra to upgrade to a delux
Paid extra to upgrade to a delux room but the heating was faulty. The sofa bed is disgusting as it was dirty and cushion didn't sit right on the frame. It was free for 1 child but had to pay $30 per night for the 2nd child even sharing the same bed, it ended up costing more than I wanted to pay and for the price I could stay at a much nicer hotel. I felt very disappointed and won't go back or recommend it to anyone.
