The hotel was able to accommodate
The hotel was able to accommodate us eventhough we arrived quite early. They gave us a very good room, up to our expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to serve. The interior of the hotel was very good and well maintained. Location is very central, so you can walk anywhere within city center and all the city attractions. I would recommend this hotel and would probably stay here when back in Sydney.

Room and bathroom were both very
Room and bathroom were both very spacious. Staff were friendly and quite helpful when asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. There was a blackout in Sydney during our first morning there, but Hotel staff handled the situation very professionally and with minimal fuss. Will definately visit again!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Super Lage! Ausstattung wunderbar. Wir hatten ein günstiges Angebot für unser Hotelzimmer, so dass die Kosten im Rahmen waren. Der einzige Nachteil: sehr hohe Parkgebühren 35 bis 45 AUSD/d. Geringe Parkplatzkapazität. Bei dem nächsten Sparangebot greifen wir wieder zu (aber ohne Auto). Two Thumbs up!!

スタッフのサービスが最高でした。ハウスキーピングに何度かリクエストをしましたが、毎回すぐに部屋まで届けてくれました。枕が選べるサービスもなかなか良かったです。 高層ビル街の中にあるホテルのため 正直景色は期待していませんでしたが、角部屋にアサインしていただいたため、シドニー湾が見え、景色的にも満足。夜景を見ながら、お風呂もゆっくりとつかりました。こちらのバスタブ、他のホテルと比べて冷たくないです。入った時のひんやり感もなく、お湯も冷めずらいのに感動しました。ベッドの固さもとても良いです。 PAが予約でいっぱいだったのが残念。次回は早めに予約をします。 お勧めのホテルです。

Deluxe Twinに1泊しました。予定より早く12時前に
Deluxe Twinに1泊しました。予定より早く12時前に着きましたがアーリーチェックインできました。翌日のチェックアウト後も夕方まで荷物を預かってもらえたので、身軽に出かけることができました。日本語のスタッフがいるという情報があったのでここに決めたのですが、日本人スタッフとは結局会えませんでした。つたない英語でのやりとりだったせいかチェックイン時に行き違いがあり、予約時に禁煙ルームを希望していたのに喫煙ルームを用意されてしまいました。チェックイン後にすぐ出かけて、夜に戻ってきてタバコの臭いに気付き、また英語でフロントに連絡して、30分ほど待たされましたが新しい部屋に替えてもらえました。部屋はどちらもきれいでした。バスルームは大きなバスタブとシャワーが別になっていて、バスローブも用意されていてうれしかったです。食事なしの予約でしたが、朝食はホテルのすぐ隣のMet Centerのフードコートで買ってきました。ロックスやサーキュラーキーに近く、南側はタウン・ホールへも歩けない距離ではないので、観光やショッピングにもとても便利です。
