Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney is in an ideal location within Sydney, close to the city's central business district. Overpriced for a substandard apartment.
Overpriced for a substandard apartment. Old appliances (dishwasher, washing machine) that are in desperate need to be replaced. Daily servicing doesn't have attention to detail - some days towels were missed - different staff provide different level of service. Overpriced internet connection & no wireless.

We've stayed in Sydney hotels
We've stayed in Sydney hotels and apartments at least a dozen times and this one we consider the best yet. We stayed for three nights, it wasn't the cheapest but it's very good value for money. Very efficient and friendly staff, the room was modern, very comfortable, and well fitted out with everything we wanted, ideal position. We recommend it.

Spacious well designed 2 bedroom
Spacious well designed 2 bedroom apartment - 2 very clean bathrooms - beds made everyday and towels changed daily. 2 minute walk to Town Hall station - directly opposite the hotel (diagonally) though it's not well advertised. Darling Harbour is a 5 minute walk away as is George and Pitt streets. Would highly recommend.

Booked a 2 bed, 2 bath apt 3 months
Booked a 2 bed, 2 bath apt 3 months before travelling to a conference. Were placed in an auxillary room , up back stairs (no lift), one bathroom, had door which opened into hotel apt car park with very noisy exhaust channels each end of apt, impossible to sleep, apt filled with car fumes, no sleep all night, complained at 1am. Moved next day to proper apt, no apologies or concern from staff. The second apt was fine but DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM this auxillary room. Discovered tourist brochures in toilet of main lobby as we were leaving, no advice or sign they were there and hotel guests would be unlikely to use that toilet. No, we would never stay there again.

Enjoyed the Medina Grand very
Enjoyed the Medina Grand very much. Receptionist girls very friendly. We had trouble working the washing machine and a guy came up within a few minutes to help us. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was very roomy and great having two bathrooms. The room was very quiet. Great place to stay, thoroughly recommend it.

Overall a good stay at the Medina
Overall a good stay at the Medina grand, the studio room was ideal for the solo traveller and the room facilities were adequate. The only criticisms are the lift, there are two to serve the building for guests and the wait can be long. The second is the minibar and other incidentals....Avoid them, they are ridiculously expensive.
