Great location alongside Darling
Great location alongside Darling Harbour. A short walk to city centre: a longer walk to Circular Quay but the harbour ferry jetty is only a 2 minute walk from hotel and the ferry travels to Circular Quay. No hotel room service at all but they allow outside deliveries (pizza etc).

the front desk were not very sincere.
the front desk were not very sincere. maybe it was too early in the morning. the room was big and spacious. however, there were no slippers. the pool was kind of small. but overall, it was a good hotel.

Great Location ( 5 minute walk
Great Location ( 5 minute walk from cruise terminal and Darling Harbour). Very friendly and helpful staff. They kindly stored our luggage for several hours between our cruise and flight.

1 Lift was broken when I stayed
1 Lift was broken when I stayed there which made it difficult to go in & out of the hotel room, which took very long. Did not get the Twin rooms I wanted & the staff did not give it to us without paying extra, even though it was stated in the hotel confirmation slip. CD player didn't work. Overall, it's ok for staying 1-2 nights, otherwise, it's not at all that comfortable for over a few days.

Hôtel trés bien situé à 5' de
Hôtel trés bien situé à 5' de Darling harbour et de la city,chambre studio spacieuse et bien équipée,étant au 1er étage vue du balcon sur la route et immeuble donc pas terrible(double vitrage),certaines ont vue sur le musée maritime c'est mieux.Acceuil/réception sympatique, serviable et efficace.

Trés bon hôtel, propre et agréable.
Trés bon hôtel, propre et agréable. Trés bon standing pour un prix correcte, bien situé. Voyageant seule, j'ai beaucoup apprécié le confort des chambres et la proximité des commerces, et le de Darling Harbour le soir surtout.
