No free airport shuttle
Nice hotel, clean and elegant and quiet neighborhood.BUT No airport hotel shuttle [...].It is 10min walk from St. Leonards train station.Taxi from the airport cost 60AUD!!It is outside city which means it is quiet and many shops and restaurants around were closed on weekend.

Comfortable room, very comfortable
Comfortable room, very comfortable bed, no toilet brush, water left on bedside table presumed complimentary, but charged. In general very comfortable, a little bit far from the city. Very clean. thank you

Nice urban retreat
Very pleasant stay. Had room with balcony overlooking harbor bay and St. Leonards neighborhood. Room is decent sized, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Beautiful breezes and sunshine coming in through open patio doors and window. No road noise on back side of hotel. Breakfast and coffee very good at Sure, the service was reasonable to good for Australia (tend to be slow there by American standards). Only complaint is the internet is not free, and is in fact expensive. This seems to be a Sydney thing though as all hotels I checked had similar fees.

Canadians DownUnder
St. Leonards utopia after a LONG trip!
the hotel was fantastic! after a flight from Canada and a crazy drive through sydney we were overjoyed to arrive. the staff was helpful and friendly. we were walking distance to groceries, bottle shop and restaurants. the room was wicked. didn't like the blowing air conditioner on patio but did like the air con lol. bathroom was strange as the water went literally everywhere. the great view, free hot drinks and great place were more than we expected. would definately stay again and might check them out in other cities. would definately recommend!!

10-15 min away you have bank machine, bottle shop, coles (with deli), restaurants, the works! all this without being right downtown.

A comfortable upmarket boutique hotel. I was dubious about eating in the restaurant because of reviews I had read about it but decided to give it go for breakfast. I was nicely surprised as the food and service was excellent.

It's a modern hotel with quite
It's a modern hotel with quite good facilities, and the first time when i see the room i feel it's almost the same as what i saw from internet.it's quiet to sleep well, and the reception is helpful,especial for Will who gave us 2 room choices when we checked in and helped us to fix the TV issue quickly. In general i like this hotel,except the location is a bit far from the central sydney(need walk about 7 minutes from St. Leonards station).

Very nice place to stay, friendly
Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, nice kitchen. The only problem that if your room facing Pacific Highway it is very noisy. May be just my room didnt have proper insulation not to sure.

Comfortable, clean rooms with modern appliances, including a bar fridge with a see-through door & funky retro clock radio. The soap packet provides amusing reading! Quick check-in by friendly staff - who always influence your first impression.
