Family getaway
We have been in this hotel before, and was a lot better, I have notice a shorteness of staff, for everything you have to wait a lot, from a simple question to settle your account. The room cleanliness is definity no good,the shower has hairs all over the place before we used and the bathroom floor hasn't been wash for a long time.

Nice facility but housekeeping
Nice facility but housekeeping checks were not up to scratch - TV remote didn't work (1 Battery missing) and kitchen was missing frypan (which we specifically wanted)

The room was very clean and the pool facilities are excellent, but we had a few problems which were frustrating. Firstly, the 'king' bed was actually two king single beds pushed together. They were different heights (by about 3cm) so it made it difficult to consider it a 'king' bed. When I asked about that, I was told that all the 'king beds' were two beds pushed together and was offered a blanket to try and even the heights up. One of the bed side lamps didn't work, and didn't get fixed during our stay. When running a bath, the cold water tap got stuck on (though that did get fixed very quickly). Besides a somewhat snippy front desk manager, the staff were lovely and the food was great and the facilities (pool etc) were excellent.

Excellent place for a family holiday.
Excellent place for a family holiday. Love the pool, steam room and outdoor pool although we were adults on a holiday!! Will definitely go back again!!!
