Meriton Serviced Apartments - Parramatta is situated on the banks of the Parramatta River walking distance from the city centre and many corporate headquarters. Consisting of 193 fully self contained furnished apartments in a variety of configurations including studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Our serviced apartments bring all the comforts of your own home with the added touches that you need from a hotel without the fuss. Added facilities include an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym plus various landscaped barbecue areas to enjoy. Parramatta is geographically at the mid-point between Sydney Harbour and the wonderful Blue Mountains, with access in both directions via the M4 motorway. Parramatta also has an extensive shopping selection with Westfield Shopping Centre, Homebush Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) and Rhodes Shopping Centre (IKEA). The property is just minutes from the cosmopolitan café and restaurant culture of Church Street and the trendy Riverside Theatre. It is also only a short drive to Sydney Olympic Park which is the home to ANZ Stadium, Acer Arena, Sydney Aquatic Centre and Athletic, Golf, Tennis and Sports Centres. During the Easter school holidays, the Sydney Showground comes alive with the Royal Easter Show. Also located onsite are various stores and cafes plus the added convenience of being directly above the River Cat ferry terminal so you can enjoy the benefits of cruising along Parramatta River, connecting you all the way to Sydney. Luxurious oversized apartments have a kitchen (studios have kitchenettes), and a separate laundry, which includes clothes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Great hotel, will sure re-visit

Great hotel, will sure re-visit it. Only complaint is the cost of parking per night, other hotels in the Parramatta can offer it for free.

Hotel was great and the check

Hotel was great and the check in was a breeze, we asked for a late checkout and it was no problem. The only thing was having the balconys locked was a bit of a problem. I understand they have had some issues in the past but we are all over 40 and we would have loved to have been able to sit out on the verandah and have our drinks and nibbles. I would probably not stay there again unless the verandah is unlocked which is a shame cause its a brillant place.

Just a small thing the air con

Just a small thing the air con in the gym was not working and it was very hot whilst trying to exercise. It could be dangerous for the health of some people. Also when someone is staying for a week would it not be better for the environment to not change the towels everyday. I can understand that you may want to change bins and check toiletries etc but it is totally unnecessary to change towels eveyday as we wouldn't do it at home. A little more environmentally aware is good. saves water.

The Meriton is an excellent ac

The Meriton is an excellent accommodation if you desire to go out for all meals or bring food to cover your stay as there are no in-house restaurants. This suited our purposes perfectly, as it is close to many dining facilities. They were also accommodating and understanding when dealing with our queries.

I have stayed twice at Meriton

I have stayed twice at Meriton Parramatta and will definitely stay there again as the hotel apartments are beautiful, spacious, clean, modern, beds are comfortable, showers are good there is a pool and a sauna. Congratulations on running such fantastic homes away from home!
