We have stayed at this hotel before & would definately stay there again, The service was friendly & professional, the room was spacious, clean & comfortable & breakfast was excellant. We took overseas visitors with us this time & they were very impressed with both the hotel & the location

We were very pleased with the welcoming at reception. The room was a good size and really modern. Breakfast was also very good. We would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again. It's also in a great position, close to shops and restaurants and the beach.

Excellent location close to the
Excellent location close to the water. Rooms are large and very quiet. Modern and clean. Only let down was breakfast which is very average with basic choices. Excellent 2 night stay package!

we stayed here one night on a
we stayed here one night on a week day. overall, an unpleasant experience. i will give it a 3 star instead of 4 star. the good things were great location, plenty of restaurants next door, free parking. we manage to get a room away from the railway track, with some ocean view. however, the bads, furnitures/fittings need major upgrade. we found a dead cockroach on the carpet. there was no slippers, laundry bags and extra pillows. the pillows provided were really flat. there was an insulin injector pen/device found in the bar fridge (forgotten by previous customer??) luckily, i dont have any kids with me coz i would not be happy with a needle stick incident. no onsite gym and pool. the worse experience we had was noise from rowdy crowds next door with loud music from 1130pm onward. I had to ring the reception twice to get this problem under control. I was unable to sleep the whole night as there were door slamming whole nite with ppl in-&-out next door.

This hotel is overall fantastic
This hotel is overall fantastic but signage within the hotel for the restaurants could be better.There could be more information such as tourist attractions etc avalable for guest in their rooms and for 4.5 star we expected a bigger TV.

The Sebel is a clean and well
The Sebel is a clean and well located hotel with a choice of dining and bar facilities. Under cover parking and a secure entry system are also features of the Sebel. Staff are friendly and courteous with a proffessional manner.

Clean enough but for the price
Clean enough but for the price just cleanliness isn't enough; decor and fittings were cheap and the balcony looked out to a railway line 5 metres away! Double glazing not enough to keep out the noise of passing trains...
