I was highly disappointed with Playa Linda. The floors were tile so very noisy with chairs being dragged across floors, they were also very dirty. I believe they just mop the floors with the same dirty water so they never get clean. Doors slam
shut on their own, even if you try closing quietly, it is impossible. The place was so noisy, I hardly got any sleep at all. Patrons yelling in halls at 7am, housekeeping started yelling in halls at 8am. Beach hut process was terrible. People could reserve huts at 6am and not show up all day, and they would never remove the stuff so that someone else could use it. Of course, all the staff were very nice, as are all the people that work in Aruba. I go to Aruba twice a year, and would never stay there again. We arrived on Thanksgiving day, and had to change rooms on Sunday, neither travel agency nor Playa Linda told me of this change until I asked a question on Saturday about my room charge card that expired 3 days before I was to depart.
