Perfect stay

This hotel is beautiful! The property is very well kept, the design is nothing but extraordinary. I wish I would have known about the breakfast option, definitely well worth getting it. Our stay was perfect. Our room had a beach/pool view and the staff always kept it clean. The gym is small, but well equipped, there is also a separate area for spinning and overall HIT training. The pools and beach are immaculate. Food is good, I wish there could be more local options. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine was our favorite routine. Entertainment was great.

Fantastic Trip

Everything about the trip was perfect and aruba is an amazing island. I do suggest finding places to eat outside of the hotel, as the food in the resort is unneccesarily expensive.

great honeymoon experience!

everything from food, pool, casino, activities was great with friendly staff and service, the only reason cleanliness was average was because the room was not cleaned everyday and turn down option was not followed through every night as requested. The comfort was good - the pillows were pretty hard and woke up with a stiff neck each morning, but that was not a big deal. Besides the average and good rating, all the great ratings with positive vibes made the trip a memorable one and will be looking forward to the next vacation with a Hyatt!

Excellent Getaway

Overall experience was great. The hotel location was excellent with great access to the beach and within walking distance to local eateries. Limited service on the beach while sunbathing but once contact was made the service was great. The staff was very friendly at the mini-bars especially during the world cup soccer games; great atmosphere to enjoy some relaxing time. The only thing I overlooked in my package was that it did not include breakfast and the price seemed unusally high.

Barefoot restaurant was excellent. Located close to the airport and taxi's were $20 each way but the food, atmosphere, and service were worth it. Recommended by the concierge

Lovely place to stay

This place was great! Everyone was so nice. The eating options are mediocre "hotel' dinning but other than that everything was great. It's close to a nice strip with lots of food/bar/shopping options. The hotel sits on a beautiful beach... There's a awesome swim up bar and a water slide. I fell in love with Aruba. I will be back and would love to stay at the Hyatt again.

Great getaways

It was a very nice experience. Best hotel on a Palm Beach. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, including beach stuff( Not all of them :) ). Most of the resort restaurants very pretty reasonable and most tasteful. We will come back again!

Great Aruba Hotel

This hotel was beautiful! The grounds/landscaping were spectacular including Black Swans and Coy fish pond! Pool area and beach were manicured much better than any other hotel on the strip! Our only complaint (not sure how petty) was that the fridge in the room was completely stocked with drinks for purchase which left no room for left overs or externally purchased food. The hotel *would* provide an additional fridge for $10 a day, but on principal alone that just seemed a little ridiculous.

Couple getaway

Everything about the hotel was great. The room was terrific and got upgraded to ocean view. The location was great near lots of restaurants and 3 blocks from a supermarket where we stocked up on water and other stuff. May -August is there off season so it was nice and quiet. Can't wait to go back and stay at the hyatt again!

Extremely expensive & NOT worth the price

For the amount of money they charge, you should be treated like royalty and that is NOT the case here. Rooms are small, no style to them and a balcony that is a foot wide (why even have one if you can't use it?). Beds are very uncomfortable. Beach is very nice but it is impossible to find a chair unless you spend outrageous money to reserve a "hut" and workers are very unpleasant. Weather is great but there are better options fir your money elsewhere.
