Honeymoon getaway
My new husband and I wanted a honeymoon to rest and relax and that is just what we received. Dec 12-18th. The Divi All Inclusive was away from all the hustle and bustle of the high rise resorts. We walked on the beach, went horseback riding twice (because he knows I love horses) , dined at the resorts restaurants, enjoyed the nearby casinos, meandered through the markets, made new friends, enjoyed the sunrise, and sunsets, and laid in the sun while sipping on our favorite drinks. We also enjoyed a sunset dinner on Purebeach that was Perfect! Our stay was everything we wanted and more. We plan on making Aruba Divi All Inclusive Resort an annual trip!

Couple's Retreat
This hotel is very small in comparison to others I have stayed at but it offers spectacular views and great service. My boyfriend and I spent most of our time on the beach during the day and then lounging in the main area all night. Since the resort is on the small side, we were able to enjoy a lot of privacy since it was not terribly crowded. If you want good food, make sure to make reservations at the restaurants because the buffet food was nothing special.

Overall a very positive experience. Some parts of the facility are in need of a little facelift but not bad overall. 90% of the staff was great, only a few, mainly bartenders, seemed crnaky and not happy to see us. Restaurants were fine, food as well. Golf course was OK, but a little overpriced I think. I would certainly recommend it from value standpoint and totall experience.

October Vacation
Had a wonderful vacation. I felt the Safe being an option in the room and the cost of paying an extra daily charge should be added to cost of the total for the All -Inclusive. Also, most hotels offer the ability to print boarding passes from the airlines. This was a major hassle. Beach was beautiful. Loved being able to use all the amenities at the Divi and the Tamarijn - lots of entertainment, good food and a very friendly atmosphere.

Perfect honeymoon escape
This was our first time at the divi all inclusive and I have to say they will have our business for years to come . The staff was excellent in every way possible . Extra friendly and went beyond our expectations . Fast and easy check in and check out . The room was very nice and super clean . The maid brought us fresh flowers every morning after she cleaned the room . The food on site as well as the tam was very good . I do not recommend the windows on Aruba though . It is said it is the best steak in Aruba but my wife and I had better food at the red parrot which is located on the divi all in lusive property . The beach was groomed every morning and the landscaping was impeccable . We. Cannot wait until we go again !!! Thank you divi for a very memorable honeymoon !

first time to Aruba
The location on the beach was wonderful. there was plenty of room we were always able to get chairs and usually get shade all day which was great, although we did get up pretty early (7:30) to get it... There were lots of activities to do between the two hotels however there was no orientation that we were ever told about also these things fill up quickly.. ie the rock climbing wall is only open 3 days a week. there is windsurfing classes but you have to sign up by 9 to get into the 10:30 class... things like this were frustrating... Also the staff was not overly helpful, no one was downright rude but very few people made us feel expecpionally welcome... The food was also not particularly good either... and reservations could ONLY be made 2 days in adevance not more or less, which seemed a bit silly to me...

Divi-Divi All Inclusive
Our second visit to the Divi....the staff was again wonderful, very friendly, accomodating and helpful. The activities were, for the most part, very entertaining and varied. Loved the jazz quartet on Sunday and the singer on Sat .It is in a great location with a fabulous beach. Our (first) room (oceanview) was very comfortable. However on the third day a sewer gas odor developed...after several conversations and investigations we were upgraded the next day to a new room with ocean front view. Although the new room was more spacious and had a super view, it had several issues that need to be addressed....the air cconditioing was not working to anywhere near full capacity, paint was peeling on ceiling and wall near the entance, mildew and was fairly evident in the bathroom tile grout, the drapery covering the sliding door had no handle, the sliding door to the balcony barely opened 1/3 of the way. The Divi remains a great value in great location ,but apparently there are a few issues with some of the rooms that need to be addressed. It is great to be able to use the facilities at the Divi's sister resort, the Tamarijn. We are looking forward to returning soon.
