Beautiful Hotel!
The hotel was beautiful. The grounds, rooms and restaurants were all perfectly decorated. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the preparation of food at the restaurants during the day was slow, but it gave us a chance to relax.

Beautiful Getaway
From check in to check out the staff was unbelievably helpful and nice. Accommodations were beautiful, hotel lobby, rooms and sun area were kept in immaculate condition. Had birds, swans, koi ponds, reptiles - lots to watch. Not a high rise like other hotels but big enough. The only draw back was if you wanted to get a hut on the beach you had to get up early and stand in line - the line got better as the week went on but didn't feel it should be done that way. The beach had many locals surrounding you offering snorkeling, etc. Location was perfect - walked to almost anything - shopping, restaurants, local grocery store. The hotel was by far the nicest on the beach.

Restaurants were aplenty within walking distance. There were a few you had to take an $8 cab ride to but well worth it. Lots to offer. Hotel breakfast was fabulous and found only one restaurant in hotel where we actually could say the dinner was fabulous, otherwise it was nothing to write home about, but it could have been what we ordered. Scenery at all hotel restaurants was great.

Best on the beach!
The Hyatt is fantastic! We stayed there the last two times we were in Aruba. We would have a hard time staying anywhere else. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms were great. The beds could have been more comfortable but they ok. We love the location.

Better than ADVERTISED !!!
My wife and I along with a friend and his wife made the trip which lasted 7 days. In simple words, it was just the perfect vacation. We have been to a few Caribbean destinations and this definitely tops them all. From the weather, to the cuisine, to the location, to the service, to the water, to everything else in between. If you are thinking about making the Caribbean your next vacation spot, I recommend Aruba and in particular, the HYATT ... Can't wait to go back ...

We rented a JEEP Wrangler and took the scenic route from the California Lighthouse to the Natural pool. You must have a 4-wheel drive or else you will never made it through the rugged terrain. Also, a visit to Baby beach on the South side of the Island is a must for snorkelers !!!
