Wonderful holiday getaway

My adult daughter and I were quite pleased with our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency. The facility and grounds are quite beautiful and comfortable. We wandered around a bit during our stay and visited the insides of various neighboring facilities in Palm Beach and we were convinced we were staying at the nicest.

Best hotel experience in Aruba!

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a room with a partial ocean view and it was lovely. My only complaint would be the cold food at the breakfast buffet at the Palms restaurant. Your best breakfast buffet option is a freshly made omelette. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency in Aruba again.

Nice place to stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, three restaurants were closed for refurbishment and this did present a problem. Had the hotel warned us, we may have stayed elsewhere. In addition, our air conditioning went off at 3 am and did not come back on until 10 am. The hotel did make amends by taking $100 off our bill. Additional internet service was intermittent at best and no in room movies either. The hotel really needs to update its electronics.

Very Nice. Awesome pools and gardens. The Spa at this hotel is very ultra modern. worth the couples spa half day. The Hyatt is in the middle of all the action in Aruba. Their casino is hands down the busiest and the Hyatt is in the middle of all the best shopping. The Staff at the Hyatt hands down was the best.

The only place to stay in Aruba

Best location on the strip, right in the middle of it all. Beautiful grounds. Beach is amazing. Great food. Only one issue when I asked the waitress if the 15% service charge added to every bill was a tip I was told no its separate. So wound up tipping over 35% for lunch. I was annoyed considering I tracked down the waitress from the previous day to tip her more because I felt bad. Concierge said it is in fact a tip but part id split with kitchen staff. The water slide was great for all ages. Unfortunately only got it for one day due to renovation and the cool restaurant I wanted to go to was being renovated. But to keep a place at a 5 star level you have to do work so I wasnt bothered just disappointed. There were no issues getting a hut on the beach or a chair by the pool. Upon check out I was informed they gave us a $100 credit because of renovations. That was appreciated. The Hyatt seems they would do whatever it takes to make you feel like a valued customer. All staff was great except that one waitress who I feel lied to me. Overall if I make it back to Aruba I'll be heading to the Hyatt

Fantastic Getaway with my love

Our experience at Hyatt Regency Aruba was wonderful from beginning to end. I absolutely adore Aruba and try to go at least twice a year. I've stayed at numerous hotels but none compare to the Hyatt. This time the love of my life came with me and we celebrated our life together and our birthdays. The entire staff gave exceptional service and were attentive to our every need from morning to night. Upon arrival we were both a little under the weather and the staff quickly gave us quickly offered us their home remedies and even cut up lemons for us.Kudos to Karen on the 9th floor!! Although the food was a bit pricey it was oh so yummy. The rooms were cozy and the beach area was immaculate. Without hesitation we recommend Hyatt Regency!

Aruba Hyatt- Great Experience

My wife and I just got back from our third trip to Aruba, and out first stay at the Hyatt. We had a great experience, and the hotel overall was amazing. By booking through this site, we were upgraded to a king size bed, and were given a complementary breakfast buffet for each morning of our stay. The hotel was clean, safe, had friendly staff, and good restaurants and shops. A few minor issues: the "balcony" is merely a narrow ledge that you cannot fit a chair on, and the process of reserving a hut (or as some call it, a "palapa") was frustrating because even though we signed up for one when we checked in, somehow it was taken away from us on our first day and given to others, possibly due to double booking (or perhaps a large tip on the part of the other guests). However, after the first day we had no further problems with the huts, and the beach experience was relaxing and refreshing. We booked both the flight and hotel through this site, and would not hesitate to do so again as soon as possible! Overall, a great experience.

Fun get away

My experience was great. The people were fantastic. Very polite and friendly with inviting information. I my room to be very clean upon arrival and as I might add, very colorful. But, as I was turning on one of the lamps I found the shade to be very loose. My boyfriend removed the shade since there appeared to be a missing screw with hopes the staff will recognize and make the nesseccary repairs. But no.
