Wonderful Romantic Getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful time. It has features that can appeal to a romantic getaway but it can also be a great family trip as well. My husband and I agreed that the hotel is very clean and priced reasonably. My husband and I did not eat at the hotel because there are so many reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. I could see us going back but this time bringing the kids as well.........maybe. LOL!!!

Be Good To Yourself - "Aruba"
Probable the best place to stay. Up scale, friendly staff, clean, and great location. The food is great too. Aruba takes great pride in the purification of the water and they should because it is better than we have here. Drink it - it's safe. Have stayed there four times already and cannot wait to go back. You will not be disappointed.

Great Hotel
Check in was easy & quick. Room was very clean and spacious. Restaurants all served a wide variety of delicious food and have a great staff. The beach staff were just great. They get your chairs, set them up where you'd like and they have lots of big soft towels. Great location, you can walk to a variety of restaurants and lots of jewelery stores. All water sports avail right on the beach. Great scuba staff! Little things that would make it better is if they made the water slide a little faster (big reason why I picked the Hyatt) and made the drinks at to pool bar stronger. If I pay $11 for a mudslide I want to feel it!!:)

Always Good in Aruba
The Hyatt was very nice. Loved the open lobby and the restaurants. Would've liked a larger balcaony to sit out on as oppose to a narrow one that you had to stand on. Everyone there was very pleasant and the place was immaculate.

Great winter getaway
This is my third visit to the Hyatt Regency at Aruba. It's an absolutely beautiful property in a perfect location...a far better location than the Marriott. The service is amazing; several employees recognized me from previous trips and made me feel especially welcome. I did encounter one problem, however. Several drunk, loud convention attendees kept us up the first 2 nights. Many of us complained and we were all moved upstairs to a quieter part of the hotel. Unfortunately, the clientele at this hotel has changed over the last few years.

If you book this property, make sure you book a room which comes with a resort credit or buffet breakfast included. I had a $500 credit which went a very long way. Everyone I met had gotten some sort of promotion.

Beautiful Hotel and Grounds but needs attention to details
Room was not ready when we arrived. We were told it was an upgrade, but Garbage bin was full, Ironing Board and Iron were out. Carpet was wet from air conditioner. No cream or Sugar in room. We were rushed out of spa at 8pm (massages were at 6.15pm) No sign on how to turn steam room on and no changing area. Room balconies overlook "outdoor relaxation area" Only view in Gym was empty kids play area. Hard to get "hut" on beach.
