Placed on 9 de Julio Avenue , overlooking the Obelisco and two blocks from the colon Theatre. Just around the corner of Corrientes Avenue, famous for the multiple entertainment options.

Torres del Paine
Price and Location
This hotel is all about the price and location. It sits next to the Obelisk and on a walking distance to a number of BAs landmarks, including the famous Galleria Pacifico. You can also easily walk from there to the Mitre station (for a visist to Tigre!) as well as the Colonia ferries. Reasonable/Good value for the money even though the rooms definitely are on the small side.

If you have to pick one half day/afternoon activity definitely visit Tigre. Tigre has more to offer than Colonia.

We went to a show that was only 1/2 a block away. Like all women my fiancé was having a great time shopping and we had found some great places to eat within 2 or 3 blocks.

Good hotel
The hotel is very good located, very clean. Rooms are small but confortable, the staff was very cooperative. The only inconvenience is that they don't include breakfast, don't have free wi fi and the lobby is small.

Good location.
When you put together airlines & hotels "YOU" SHOULD make sure to specify what's the check-in & check-out time so that your clients can choose a flight accordingly. I arrived at 11:00AM to my hotel and have to wait til 2:30PM to get a room. The stay was pretty pleasant, except by the cost of use of internet, and other items. At the check-out time I was practicaly kicked out at 12:00 noon "sharp" even when my flight was at 8pm, with the reason that they were busy, or was it because all was paid in advance and they had nothing to loose by kicking me out?. I found that that's a big limitation and risk your clients have by buying with you; since everything is paid for, I have found, hotels and car rentals don't give much of a s...t as when the reservation is still pending to be paid and the guess have the possibility of moving to a nicer, kinder and more considerate hotel..!. Think of that.

DO NOT buy any tours in this hotel. While they would charge me $125.00 (US DOLLARS) for a tour to "Fiesta Gaucha", Hotel Colon, across "9 de Julio" Avenue, have them at $200 "pesos" or $55.00 (US DOLLARS).

The hotel is very well located in downtown Buenos Aires, 50 meters from the Obelisk. My room was a bit small but it looked very good and clean.
