customer support

First off: hotel staff don't speak english and therefore getting help for many things can be a problem. The hotel is very beautiful at a prime location in the center of city. The pool and gym on the 23rd floor and the view of the city: stunning and worth the stay. We stayed for 8 days was disappointed that they won't upgrade us to a room with a nice view. We saw the wall of another hotel. I attended a meeting there. The food sponsored by the meeting and provided by the hotel was extremely poor and not a reflection of the city and country. they serve the exam same menu for lunch and dinner for 6 days. The wine was essentially vinegar. Food for breakfast was also poor. Summary: nice hotel and we like our room but not the view. Don't eat the food at the hotel and english at the hotel and guess buenos aires is very limited.

every major major sites are within 4 minutes from hotel.
