Good location, bad internet
The location is great, in the heart of the city and easy to get to everything. The internet service never seemed to work right, all kinds of trouble, so if you're a business traveller, good luck!

Great Hotel in the microcenter of Buenos Aires
Perfect location, microcenter of Buenos Aires, on the Florida, pedestrian street and San Martin plaza. Big, clean rooms, great staff and service (changing towels twice daily) Free Wi-Fi internet, free breakfast (although the same every day) You can also use a local gym with small swimming pool, located two blocks from the hotel with vouchers Advise - learn some Spanish - it will help you a lot!!!

Family of Four in Buenos Aires
Great Location!
This hotel has a fabulous location right on Florida Street (by San Martin Plaza). It is also centrally located within Buenos Aires, making it easy to reach all the interesting neighborhoods. There was one glitch in the reservation (I booked 1 room for 4 adults via Orbitz, but the hotel firmly told me they wouldn't honor that because it is not their policy to allow 4 adults in one room). One call to Orbitz quickly resolved that problem. As an aside, most hotels in Buenos Aires don't allow 4 adults in one room (even if two of them are grown children, as were ours). The hotel reservationist spoke passable English.

PERFECT
I spent 7 nights at this hotel before going on a cruise. The location is excellent - safe and convenient. The room was quiet. The complimentary breakfast buffet was entirely adequate - exactly what one would want to start off the day until the next meal. Cereals, Juices, fresh fruit, baked goods, excellent coffee - all in a very nice setting. The hotel has two free internet terminals in the Lobby (very convenient). The hotel provides free passes to a nearby health club - which was very nice. The air-conditioning in the room was easy to control, and worked silently and well. I'm told A/C can be problematic in some Buenos Aires hotels. The room was very large - mine had one Queen bed - but it could have held two. There was an easy to use safe in the room. Cable TV was excellent - with sufficient programming in English. The hotel IS sprinklered. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There was always someone available who spoke and understood English well. I was very pleased with my choice of hotels.

Shopping is a big deal in Buenos Aires. The hotel is located right on Florida Street - which is a pedestrian (no cars) street with wall-to-wall shopping.

Hotel muy confortable, y de buen
Hotel muy confortable, y de buen gusto. Lo unico que no esta al nivel del hotel es el personal de recepcion. Que a pesar de ser muy atentos no saben manejar el tema de las reservas y uno pasa un mal momento. en general el hotel es muy bueno!!!!
