Great botique hotel experience

Overall we really enjoyed staying at Hotel Madero. Some of the highlights were great free breakfast, helpful concierge, large room, good amenities like sun deck, massages, workout room, comfy bed, and modern decor. Some areas of improvement: the bathroom design was a hot mess, the glass partition didn't go over far enough so was constantly concerned about water running out of the bathroom because the floor wasn't tilted to run toward the drain, the tub facade was damaged, and the free bathroom items seemed cheap and smelled terribly given the quality of the hotel. While it was a nice suprise to find out they had a pool it was small and kind of murky. Could use improvements. Ultimately I'd return to the hotel and/or recommend it.
