Perfect location. Very friendly stuff.
Aspen Square is in Palermo Soho district which is the heart of cafes, restaurant and social life of Buenos Aires. The hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and nice. It is not suitable for honeymoon or if you prefer somewhere relaxing since the area is crowded and noisy. But if you are looking for fun, good restaurants and night life, the area and the hotel is perfect.

worst stay, WIFI never worked
I was at the hotel for 4 days. None of the time internet worked fine. Every day they would say that it is getting fixed, until they transferred me to another Aspen Hotel of lower level. I will not go back to Aspen Hotels.

Fantastic Place to explore Palermo and Buenos Aires
This is a new hotel with very nice facilities and the location was very convenient to visit the bars and restaurants of Palermo. Access to the rest of Buenos Aires was convenient as the D line Plaza Italia subte stop was two blocks away. The rooms was clean and the staff very helpful.

Good value, excellent condition for place to reside
Fairly new. Clean and excelent condition. Hotel has apparently been unable to rent any of retail areas so common area feels a little cramped. Not exactly in the middle of everything from a tour perspective but still close. I would recommend to others without hesitation.

Charming boutique hotel in Palermo
Just finished a one-week stay at Aspen Square and we were very impressed! After a long string of mishaps at the airport, the staff at the hotel were more than happy to check us in late at night (around 1 am) and help us get settled. The bag that the airline had misplaced was delivered directly to our room as soon as it arrived. The room was very clean and well-decorated and had an AWESOME bed. We also loved the hotel soaps they provided, although the shampoo and conditioner smelled a little strange. We really enjoyed the breakfast -- lots of fresh (and some canned) fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, croissants, cereal etc etc. Throughout our stay, the staff helped us call cabs, find restaurants and even helped us book a third-party bus back to Ezeiza at the end of the trip. The Wifi worked fine for us on the 4th floor and the business center had 3 computers and a printer/fax machine which was perfect to print our boarding passes for our flights home. The wall safe worked excellently as well, perfect for keeping our laptop and passports safe while we explored the city. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a hotel bar. However, there are storefronts on the side of the building that faces Charcas so it's possible that one will go in there. Also, if noise keeps you up, this may not be the place for you. The traffic on Thames and Charcas can get pretty noisy. That's a comment on the area more than a comment on the hotel itself, though. If you can't stand traffic noise, I wouldn't recommend BsAs overall :)
