All of the spaces in the hotel are designed for your enjoyment. Inside, there is a sitting room with a fireplace to savor a glass of wine and a good book. Outside, there is a garden, a hardwood deck and a hot tub for star gazing.

The building tastefully decorated, mixture of modern city flavor and early XX century furniture, has a fancy and wide lobby bar and snack service. It has an air conditioning / heating system with cutting-edge adjusting technology and a special hermetic closure that ensures a fully soundless environment.

248 Finisterra is the first boutique hotel located in the Heart of Las Canitas, the neighborhood chosen by those who love excellent cooking, design and the trendy fashions of Argentina.
In the ten exclusive rooms, you will find the perfect combination of excellent taste and glamour developed in Argentina at the beginning of the XX century. There is an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Upon entering, one feels transported to another dimension. Wood, leather and fine cotton mix in harmony to make this location a true oasis in the middle of a big city.

Please note: Reception is open from 2 pm to 10 pm for checkin and from 7 am to 11 am for checkouts.

cute boutique

Overall the hotel was great. The street it's on is filled with great bars and restaurants, and you're a short busride away from the Palermo Soho neighborhood where there's more. The hotel itself is very clean and well taken care of, and the people who work at the front speak english very well. The only possible draw-back that I would point out is that the rooms and bathrooms are very petite. Maybe it was just the room we were staying in, but the room itself and the shower/bathroom area were much smaller than I imagined. being petite myself it wasn't an issue but for those who need lots of space, you might want to double check!

Nice Boutique hotel with great location

Really nice place. Staff all spoke English. The room was really nice, and really comfortable. Well worth it for what I paid. Location wise, this place is awesome, it's in the Los Carnitas neigborhood and the street it's on has a ton of restaurants, bars, and clubs. There is a lot going on in this area. I really liked being able to try so many places with out having to worry about getting back to my hotel or what not. Also, with all this around and the Argentinian penchant to eat late, the hotel was nice and quite which was really good.
