Standing at the top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Lake Argentino, Hotel Edenia offers a real chance to get away from it all. Occupying attractive, low-slung buildings, this hotel has a wonderfully cozy and intimate feel. A great base for exploration of the spectacular glaciers further south, here the guests can get close to nature without having to forego any of the creature comforts, and luxury has remained a key priority. Rooms are light, airy and spacious, and attractively decorated in natural tones that complement the magnificent surroundings. Add a cozy bar, excellent restaurant and highly personalized and attentive service, and have the perfect escape in the wilderness.

What a great hotel!!!! The breakfasts at the hotel were the typical Argentine buffet, and very well prepared including eggs, bacon, croissants, fresh fruits, and a variety of juices, coffee and tea. Although the hotel is not located in the center
of El Calafate, there is an hourly shuttle service into town, and it only takes about 10-15 minutes. The rooms were tastefully furnished, and there was Dish TV in every room. There is also wireless internet (slow). I highly recommend this hotel.
