Great place to stay when visiting Iguazu Falls
From the moment that i showed up to the moment i left this place was perfect. The staff were always friendly and always willing answer any questions that i had while i was there. The rooms were always very clean and comfortable. The 3 pools, restaurants, casino and bar make a very relaxing stay after walking around the falls for multiple hours. The restaurant and bar have good food and good selection. The breakfast which was included when i stayed had a huge selection to choose from fruit (melon, pineapple, kiwi, grapefruit, oranges, watermelon, papaya), eggs, bacon, french toast, waffles, and pastries are just some of what was offered...of coarse coffee, tea, and juice were offered as well. The only possible thing i could that that would make this a 5 is to provide a shuttle to the falls...but it isn't far to the bus stop which comes on a regular basis so it's not a big deal. I will stay here again when i come back to Iguazu.

Needs Improvement
I am surprised this resort cut it as a "Leading Hotel." Others in that group have been vastly superior. The grounds are huge, the spa is quite nice, the food below mediocre, and the staff roughly mediocre. Doesn't live up to biling. One example of how this resort does NOT go the extra mile, should convey the sense. Upon departure, my daughter and I were supposed to meet at a designated address to go to another destination. Not knowing either the area or Spanish, I just showed the Front Desk the address. They grumpily said they would get a cab, if we did not want to pay for their resport car. It turned out that this location was literally 400 yards away, albeit across a highway. Any other classy resort in this category would have simply taken the 4 minutes to drive us there--for free--in the resort vehicle. These guys fussed, ordered a cab, which charged me $20 for this. I did not appreciate the whole thing.
