Staff very friendly and helpful. Helped with confirming airline reservations and securing zipline / jungle tour adventure. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was good. Restaurant was just ok for dinner. Hotel offers driver services to anywhere you want to go: (Iguazu Park, mines, etc.) However, compared to local bus and taxis, this driver service is quite expensive. The local bus service is just fine and stops in front of the hotel. The price is a good value.

Zip line / waterfall rapel / jungle tour arranged through hotel. Approximately $50US per person. Great time, great value!

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff
This is a great hotel in a beautiful setting. The hotel is located outside of the town of Puerto Iguazu on the road to Iguazu Falls. You can book a tour to the falls or the local bus will pick you up right in front of the hotel and take you to the falls for about $4.00 each way. The breakfast buffet was included in the price and the food was great.

Hotel staff were great, very helpful
Hotel staff were great, very helpful & friendly, breakfast great. The hotel itself is ok, a little tired in need of a bit of a makeover. Apart from that a nice place to stay and enjoy the Falls.

very good hotel - good room on
very good hotel - good room on second floor no balccony but very happy with room good size Huge pool games facilities, gym and spa. Excellent breakfast. Was nearly put off by the comments glad we went. Would stay there again.

This is a nice hotel with helpful staff a great restaurant serving exception food at a reasonable price. Management were friendly and helped us make the most of our limited time at the Falls.

A pleasant hotel in a convenient
A pleasant hotel in a convenient location near the falls. Though somewhat isolated from the actual town we found all we need at the hotel. While some of the facilities need some updating, overall it is a good to very good facility.

We were disappointed!!!!
The hotel was in a very bad location out on a highway far from town and the park. The airconditioning was very poor relying on window type units. The units in the hallways were unpluged. The room units seem to be programed to only work during the day. We were very uncomfortable at night. The staff were nice but the hotel needs to be renovated. I could not recommend this hotel unless it is the only one you can afford.
