Good Hotel Bad Service
Good Hotel, well located, but the staff were unbearable, they are allways explaining to you how you are wrong and of course they are right. At the restaurant the manager dared to touch me in order to explain that my rate didn't include breakfast for the third time. These people don't have a sense of what service is.

Great hotel
I have travelled 4 times to BSAS and i would go back to this hotel. Friendly staff, good location, close to florida street and Puerto Madero.

Good stay
Hotel centally located . Nice room but room doors often heard slaming closed was a little disturbing at times. Otherwise was quiet. Pool area could need some work. Nice staff and generally good service.
