Awesome hotel for an awesome price
A friend and I arrived at this hotel after arriving at 8AM local time. We left our bags at the hotel (who gladly held them for us until our room was ready). We then went to the Feria de San Telmo (San Telmo Antique Market). Once our rooms were ready we returned and were amazed at the size and quality of the rooms; the large room was more than enough room for two people. For dinner, they recommended we eat at Estilo Campo, which was a short taxi ride. The steak was very good and reasonably priced. The only negative that I can think of is that the nearest subte station is about four or five blocks (which isn't that far in my opinion). I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone that wants to go to a reasonably priced hotel at an exceptional quality.

Feria de San Telmo (Antique/Flea Market) was one block from the hotel. It is only open from about 9AM to sundown on Sundays, but is a fun shopping experience.

good value....however
The hotel was a great value, however it was advertised as having a gym which it did not have, the roofdeck was not set up, overall the amenities that were advertised, were not available.

Short drive from hotel
if you go to la cabrerra, share the food as the portions are enormous. The best Italian food was at Sottovoce which was a short walk from the hotel.

Excellent value and great location
I've been to Buenos Aires about 25 times over the past two decades, and this is where I will stay from now on. The art deco hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. There is no fitness center, or at least I didn't find one. For runners, however, it is only a few short blocks to the dock area of Puerto Madero where you can run without too much risk of ending up on the hood of somebody's car.

L'accueil de l'hotel a été excellent
L'accueil de l'hotel a été excellent malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive et les prestations sont très bonnes. La vue de la terrasse est à ne pas louper. Juste dommage que le spa et la gym room n'aient pas été accessibles...
