Unique, chic and sleek hideaway in the exclusive Retiro neighborhood
Its location in the exclusive neighborhood of Retiro in central Buenos Aires is one of the major drawing cards of the Dazzler Suites Arroyo. This urban-chic apart-hotel houses a number of elegant apartment-style rooms and suites with kitchenettes. Guests benefit from comforts of home paired with services of an upscale hotel. Dazzler Suite Disappointments
I do not recommend this hotel at all. I moved after 5 days and got a much better hotel for the same price. The staff was polite but not helpful at all. The restaurant was a complete disaster as far as the quality of food and the service. The room was very outdated, odorous and not cleans.

The hotel is not luxurious but it is comfortable. It is a bit old, but they have at least tried to make it presentable. There was a cooktop, a fridge, and a sink as well as dishes in the room; didn't expect that! Plenty of drawers and closet space, and a safe in the closet. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was really quite good. Location is great, right in downtown, not far from anything. Tours and shopping could be arranged through the hotel. Dining on-site, and restaurants nearby as well. British cultural center is next door. Little problems-the internet didn't work at first, and there was no iron available for use by guests. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great location and friendly staff,
Had a pleasant stay, hotel is convinientely located near the centro of Buenos Aires and the hotel staff was friendly. Will definetely recomend if you are on business or leisure.

Good Place to stay.
The hotel is close to the center and many places can be reached by walking or a very reasonably priced Taxi ride. Calle Florida, a pedestrian shopping street with the beautiful mall Galerias Pacifico was one of our favorite places to 'hang out'. Don't miss a Tango Dinner Show, an absolute must at an affordable price.

Highly Overrated!!
This hotel was not at all what I expected! The pictures of the room really show a completely different view of the hotel! Rooms had zero decor and were drably painted. Some of the sheets had stains on them. The staff were nice and helpful, however I just expected a lot more. The location also appeared to be a bit sketchy and not really inside the nice part of Recoleta. Breakfast was good. Not worth staying here if you want to be where all the action is. Find another hotel if possible!

Staff is great
The staff at this hotel are very willing to help in anyway they can. They are very polite and very informative. The furniture is in need of refurbishing, but since you don't spend too much time in the room, it's not important. The beds are great, nice thick mattresses with lovely white comforters. I would stay again.

Friendly and Clean
The Dazzler Suites Arroyo was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The only problem I had was the bathroom was a bit on the uncomfortable side. The bathtub was very high. You practically had to jump into it. Also, the bed was not very comfortable. Great location. Close enough to city center (about 8 blocks.

Es un aparthotel que necesita
Es un aparthotel que necesita urgente remodelación. Para ser considerado categoría 4 estrellas le falta bastante. El primer día fuimos alojados en una habitacion con mobiliario muy básico (no digno de esta categoría) con vista a un pozo de aire y con telarañas en la ventana del baño, al siguiente día nos reubicaron en una suite (pent house) con vista a la calle y con algunas reformas y mejoras (aunque el baño es de los años 80) lo que ayudó a mejorar bastante la primera impresión (que había sido francamente negativa)
