Buenos, always charming

The Hotel has the best location possible, good bedroom and bathroom, and we had a good massage at the Spa. Breakfast is ok, and staff careful about you. As far as I know, this hotel must be almost 25 years old and was never renovated, and that considered, it is still in reasonable shape. Of course that, if you can pay more, it is between two other astonishing hotels that is gonna cost you almost double the price, so I would say it is a good cost/benefit.

Caesar Park BA - GREAT!

We arrived after midnight and [...] had NOT sent our reservation information or record of pre-payment. The front desk person checked us in very efficiently and upgraded us to a Master Suite (since the Junior Suite we reserved was not available). [...]the hotel took care of everything with no trouble!

Excellent attentive service

This hotel is in a great location on Posadas across the street from Patio Bullrich one of the most exclusive malls in Recoleta. The staff at this hotel could not do enough for us and when we had a request like more towels or directions they were there in a split second. The free breakfast was phenomenal even taking requests for things not on the buffet. We stayed 8 days and asked for late checkout of 6pm since our homeward flight was at 12am the answer was "no problem". I especially liked the good security. Lots of doormen inside and outside the hotel and plain clothesd security in the lobby with ear pieces, very understated and made you feel comfortable. I called the concierge as I was embarking my departing flight from NY to arrange a car to pick us up at the airport, [...] answered and took care of it and when we landed 2 hours late the car was there. I have stayed in many European 5 star hotels in Italy, France, England, Switzerland, Spain and Germany, but the service here was awesome.

Beautiful, classy secure hotel

I arrived very early and checked out late due to airline schedules. The staff was very willing to help with late check-out,etc. and were bilingual. Fabulous breakfast with room. Beautiful rooms. Great location with safe walking to great shopping and restaurants. Staff very polite and guarding main lobby. La Recolata is where to be in Bs.A.
