Good location, excellent neighborhood
Frontdesk staff was short and abrupt on checkin and lacked correct local sightseeing information which was not readily ... forthcoming. The room was nice, clean, modern; had a king size bed but no single bed as shown in our hotel confimation. Also was given a room on first floor facing an airshaft. Could not even see what kind of weather was outside. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with quite a selection. VEry good location in a residential neighborhood - we felt safe even at night.

Clean and well located
Breakfast buffet was to be inluded,it was below average and periferal staff not friendly.But most surprising was fact that 3 ... out of seven days it was not included or moved without notice and no interest by staff to clarify things though aware of situation.I didn't even bother to ask and went to nearby restaurants to eat. The rooms were clean and location excellant, majority of staff was friendly and helpfull.

You must eat at Babiecas. It is on Santa Fe Ave. Great food and excellent service. A few blocks from the hotel. Excellent Bife de Chorizo. Do not miss the breakfast at the hotel. It is very good!!!!

Quaint Hotel in Great Location
Hotel was conveniently located to Plaza de Mayo, Calle Florida, Recoleta Cemetary & Flea Markets and Casa Rosado. Breakfast ... is included in the morning, but nothing spectacular (eggs were cold and sparse), but good tea & croissants. The front desk staff is great and helpful. They even keep your luggage if you're leaving after the check-out time. Good for the price.

central location in Buenos Aires
Very nice hotel located in Recoleta...close to the Aeroparque airport, the Retiro bus terminal and other nice neighborhoods. ... Plenty of shopping in the area if that interests you. Small room but it was clean, but the bathroom was bigger than expected. Breakfast was good. 2 computers available for guest's use. It was very quiet during our stay, I have no noise complaints.

Small, Clean room
Room was clean, but small. Reserved a "Superior Room" with one queen and one twin bed; got a room with one double bed, which ... staff did quickly split into two twin beds; still did not get one queen and one twin bed. Room was in no way "Superior" Just a small comfortable room to sleep in. The free use of internet computers was convenient.

Bel Air Hotel. Buenos Aires. Excellent!
This hotel is excellent. I stayed for four days in Buenos Aires at the Bel Air and was a block from Santa Fe Ave. A few ... blocks to Recoleta, Plaza San Martin, Florida, El Obelisco. So location is great. I reserved a superior room, included in room safe free. The bathroom was awesome, big and new!!! Nice bed, furniture, closet, mini bar, etc. The breakfast was included in the price. Delicious and great variety. Also free use of computers and internet. I believe they have wifi for a charge, but the computers by the front desk are free to use w/ internet. They also have a restaurant but did not have a chance to use. Ohhh hotel security very impressive. I felt very safe. The hotel is very very clean, elegant, oh and the staff spoke english. Very nice guys. The outside of the hotel is gorgeous. I say money well spent. Check in a breeze and check out the best. I even extended my stay hald a day for half the price of one day!

SIMPLE BUT NICE
We informed the hotel our arrival time was earlier than the check in which is at 15:00. We got there at 9am and they had our ... room ready a few minutes later!!! Its location in the Recoleta neighborhood -in our opinion the best area of Buenos Aires- is just excellent. Fare walking distance to most popular places. Simple and neat hotel. Kind and friendly personnel.

In the middle of everything, whether you want to go shopping, visit most popular sites or just walk. Avenida Santa Fe is full of stores, restaurants and of course buy articles in leather is a must .
