Dirty and old furnishings

A couple of resturant choices are within walking distance including one attached to the hotel.

I was given a room in the back to accomodate my inability to carry heavy luggage up stairs. The room was dirty (cob webs hanging from dirty ceiling pannels, grime in corners and grout, etc...)Mattress was old, sheets yellowed and pillows were so old there were completely compacted down to about 2 inches in thickness. The rooms up front are far better taken care of with newer furnishings and while looking through the window appeared considerably cleaner. Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.
