Most recent user reviewsScore 2 out of 5 okay but not okay Anonymous, Omaha, NE, 2006-05-15 Lake was where we spent most of the time. It was beautiful and easy to get to. About 30 miles out of Casper. The staff was good, friendly. The restaurant was excellent. The mix-up with the room causing room keys to not work, and room not to be cleaned so no clean towels, no coffee for the morning, no trash out of the room. I had eaten carryout in my room the night before so was looking forward to having that out. Must say though, the staff in checking out was most apologetic. The manager in speaking to me 3 days later was very apologetic and accommodating. I would stay again, give them a chance to redeem themselves. As I tried to get into the hotel, I had to hold the doors open with my foot as I wheeled my luggage in through the back door. The maids carts were out on the floor. 2 lamps in my room did not work properly ( i never did figure out how to get them on). Also, the towel rack fell off the wall when I grabbed a towel to dry my face . I will not stay there again!! |
