The bed was not made and there were pizza boxes all over. We went to the front desk to get another room, and waited for 45 minutes for them to find one. We were then given a damp musty room. It was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Not very pleasing since we had already taken our luggage to the first room, on the first floor. Overall experience...a complete waste of money for a dirty room and less than adequate service. Score 5 out of 5 convient, friendly & great access to mall Sandra, 2006-03-30 A huge Mall is about 3 blocks from the hotel. Restrants are no problem at all. Anything you can imagine is there to eat. Mexican, chinese, steak houses, buffet, and much more.I felt quite secure and safe in this motel. The complementy breakfast was always hot and had a variety of choices. The pool was very clean although I never got the oppertuinaty to use it. Also you have access to the Spa next door. I had the double bed room. I was very compfortable and it also included a table and chairs for eating or games. The closets where a nice size. The only thing that I didn't care much for was the small bathrooms. I will stay in this motel again on my next trip. Score 3 out of 5 Good place to stay for a one night trip Evan, Hartford Ct/Springfi, CT, 2005-12-06 Days Inn is a chain that can either be very good or very bad depending on location and management. This unit was fairly clean, and had some amenities that were worth the stay, but is not up to par with other units in the area. I would not reccommend staying at this facility longer than two nights, as there are other options in the same price range that offer more for the money. |
