New rooms, just renovated in Jan 2007! Find a retreat from your daily routine at the Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa surrounded by trees overlooks Cheat Lake in Morgantown, West Virginia. It offers two championship golf courses: Mountainview Course and Lakeview Course. The resort also features Spa Roma a full service spa. Beautifully appointed guest rooms create an air of peaceful relaxation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable where you can relax after a long day of sight seeing, shopping, business, golf or tennis. Or you may choose to relax in one of its dining facilities, indoor/outdoor pool area, spa, golf course or fitness center. The resort is in close proximity to the Morgantown Business District, Coopers Rock State Park, Forks of Cheat Winery, West Virginia University Athletic Events, shopping, boating, and many other business and recreational activities.

No view of the lake, security forget that you can come and go anytime all doors are open alittle scary, this day and age. The beds were the worst we had to sleep in seperate beds they were double beds talk about small..... ceiling in bathroom just about keep from hitting your head on heat lamp. Rooms were very tiny no place to put your luggage. For your money there are other places to stay in Morgantown, I have stayed in them. I guess like I stated its just average. |
