If we stay again, it will be because of the comfortable beds. No restaurant to speak of. Loud bar crowd. The room was small but cozy. The check in and out process was very easy and quick. The hotel itself was clean but had an older feel to it and there was a musty smell in the hallways, it wasn't new or contemporary or modern. It was convenient to have access to a computer and the continental breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The price could have been lower but it was affordable. They had a pool and a restaurant downstairs which was nice compared to other hotels in the area that did not offer this. The front desk folks are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is available and close. If attending a Brewers game or conducting business at the VA, this can't be beat. The location is also very close and convenient to downtown. The location suited my needs very well in that I was only 10 minutes away from the Milwaukee, WI. lakefront for which we attended the Milwaukee Summerfest. We will stay here again. |
