We had a little problem checking in but the next day was all cleared up. The bathroom was small and didn't have a fan so it got very warm in there, they do need more counter room also. I needed to use the iron, and there was no outlets to plug it in to, you could unplug the lites, but then you couldn't see. Everything was great, it was nice there was a resturant in the hotel, good food and good prices. Pool was clean, and nice size for everyone to use. The location was good, right off the highway so for traveling it was easy on and easy off. The air conditioning was so loud that we were continually woken up throughout the night. The blankets and bath towels had holes! The bathroom was not clean and the bathtub didn't drain. The room was priced the same as a normal chain but was not even close to the quality. When complaining to the hotel staff at check out, instead of the employee being apologetic we were met with an attitude. |
