Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Comfortable and friendly Anonymous, 2006-06-17 The Days Inn Lambeau Field is a short walk to shopping, restaurants and Green Bay attractions. My husband and I were comfortable staying for one night in the Days Inn Lambeau Field, after a wedding reception in a nearby facility that was full. The room and bath were spacious and clean. The complementary breakfast was better than expected, however a hotel staff person began vacuuming around our table, as we ate. Graciously, she stopped when my husband showed his dissaproval. Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend the Days Inn Lambeau Field to others. Anonymous, Columbus, OH, 2005-09-21 If you want to go to Packer Stadium, it's a very short walk. If you are not going to the game, you will want to check the Packer schedule and avoid the area.Atmosphere -- This hotel was rather smoky in the lobby and was a tribute to all things Green Bay Packers related. Good if you are a fan, not so much if you could care less. Service -- When I was given my room key, I walked in to an occupied room. I returned to the front desk to be told that the room wasn't occupied, but perhaps it was the maintanence man I saw. She called the maintanene man...while I waited...spoke with him....I waited. I finally stated, Regardless, of whether or not it was him, I don't want the maintanence man in my bed. May I please have another room? The clerk was obviously concerned that she had made an error and wanted it corrected, however, she wasn't as concerened with having the situation corrected for me. She kept repeating that no one should be in there. She showed me her book to show that I was to have the reservation. It was as if she was telling me that she was right that there was no one in the room. I again said, I saw the feet of a person lying in the bed. Just give me another room. I was then placed in a smaller room with one queen size bed, no kings were available. No adjustment was made to my bill. She was kind and was trying to be helpful, but I really just wanted to go to bed, not hear why it is that someone else was in my room. I understand that mistakes happen, but she was so insistant that it couldn't be happening that I didn't feel safe knowing that my room key could have been handed o the next guest to walk in on me. No real apology was made. Overall, not a good experience. Score 5 out of 5 Review Anonymous, Chicago, IL, 2005-06-25 No review provided by user |
