Elegance and personalized service are a way of life at the four star, four diamond Hotel Vintage Park. Built in 1922 and renovated in 2000 the hotel became one of Seattle's most popular hotels for the business traveler. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is just steps from some of the city's best boutiques, theaters, and arts. Our classic brick and limestone building built with period detailing features 126 guestrooms and suites appointed with rich fabrics and custom cherry furniture. The hotel honors the Washington State Wine Industry by dedicating each of our guestrooms to a local winery or vineyard. We invite our guests to unwind as they sample Northwest varieties each evening in our cozy lobby. Tulio Ristorante has become a favorite spot for both guests and locals alike for authentic Italian cuisine.
***Parking Fee at the property is $28+ tax.***

You just have to know which bus stop to stand at. The hotel staff are very helpful. The Hotel Vintage Park in downtown Seattle is spacious and decorated with heavy, tapestry fabrics. There is room to walk about without bumping your shins. My daughter enjoyed the fact that it didn't have the usual hotel smell. I would have enjoyed having a fan in the bathroom but that is a small complaint for such a lovely room. It was quite expensive but all the hotels in the vacinity are high. I preferred the convenience of being close to the attractions. There is a daily parking fee that I was unaware of. The fee is thirty dollars per day. The parking garages within the city are just, if not more, expensive. There are few restaurants near the hotel itself, which seems to be in a more industrialized area. The restaurants that are within an easy walking distance are excellent. A short walk in various directions.Score 3 out of 5 Not for me Anonymous, 2006-06-06 Close to businessesThe hotel was reasonable for people going on a vacation and with a budget, but if you are used to something more upscale, I would not recommend this accomodation. Score 2 out of 5 Remind on room service. Anonymous, 2006-02-12 Check out the Pacific Place mall and Pike Street. A little south of each, but worth the walk. The desk clerk made it sound as if there was a seperate sitting room which sounded nice. The sitting room ended up being a couch at the end of the bed. On top of this, the faucet in the shower would not stop dripping. We got up early the next morning and left, only to come back later that afternoon to discover that the bed had not been made and the towels had not been replaced, but the staff did take the time to replace the single water bottle in the snack basket that we had drinken. To the hotel's credit, they removed the extra fee's for the premier and made sure the beds were turned before we returned from our evening out. They also got someone to fix the running faucet. Ended up being a nice room, but wouldn't staty there again. Score 1 out of 5 Sumptuous Anonymous, 2005-10-28 The Vintage Park is small and well-located, intimate and classy in appearance. The rooms are simply beautiful. Mine had a view of the new downtown library by Rem Koolhaas. Service was excellent. The beds were hard (I like hard mattresses). The extra space and the couch were especially touches. Pioneer Square a bit longer walk- 8 blocks but an easy walk. shopping and restaurants just ou the door and all around. Space Needle and EMC - short walk to monorailThe Vintage Park was very comfortable and friendly. Rooms are on the samll side but are ample and nicely decorated. It is well located to walk to any sights in Seattle and the valet parking was very handy and effecient. The in-house restaurant, Tulio, serves excellent Italian cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Delicious coffee is available in the am in the cozy lobby and in the afternoon wine is served, sometimes with live music. The concierge is most helpful arranging tours, reeservations, etc. as well as suggesting things to do. We would stay there again on our next visit. Score 5 out of 5 Great Location Anonymous, Chicago, IL, 2005-08-23 You can walk to the market and the ferry stop. It is very hilly, so don't wear heels.Hotel Vintage Park was a great base for exploring Seattle. The conceirge was very helpful in booking a rental car on a Sunday and providing us with directions to Snoqualmie Falls and Mt. Rainier. The coffee in the morning was great and we got a NY Times delivered to our door each morning. |
