Nice checkin

Ate at a restaurant called Anthonys-great seafood and terrific desserts. A little pricey for us, but comparable to dinners in Seattle

Best Western Executel was very comfortable. They were very helpful finding dinner options. The room was larger than usual , with a double vanity, and a separate skin in the sleeping area. They were close enough to the airport and offered airport shuttle. They had a nice included breakfast buffet.(including sausage and gravy, toast muffins, juice etc) Would stay here again

I had contacted the hotel earlier in the day in order to let them know that due to weather our earlier flight had been cancelled so we would be checking in late but to please hold our reservation. They did not and it resulted in 6 people having to stay in one room. I was very disappointed since I had spoken with them and they had assured me that they would hold the rooms. I had to pay for 2 rooms when I only stayed in one room. This was unacceptable.

unclean and smelly

There was water mold smell. Buckets in lower level catching water leak. Carpets were dirty. No pictures on the walls. The rooms had been remodeled and were clean and "roomy" Dining roon had 5 choices on the menu. There were only two pictures on the walls (could have had 5 or 6. A lot of shelving to divide the room up and there was nothing on them. the second nigt there were two small bouquet of plastic flowers. very tacky. We could not beleive this was a Best Western. i am sure they would "loose" their "certification/franchise if they were inspected. Phone many times for the wake up number and no answer. had to phione the front dest. A truck in the parking lot, next to our truck, was broken into and we reported it to the front desk and they couldn't of cared less. There were many other motels advertising $30 less than what we had paid. i am sure they couldn't have been worse. The acctual room and bed was good.

Seatac Easy Exit

Well, The Seatac Best Western worked very neatly into my plans. I had an early flight out of Seatac Airport and when I say early I mean it 2:30 a.m. wake-up call and check in at the airport at 4:00 a.m. plus a rental car return. I needed a place near by to sleep and be ready to go. The Seatac Best Western was it, clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff was responsive to my needs and all went well. If I find myself in the Seattle area again I'd go back.

Nice people at nice motel

We were most impressed by the assistance of the staff in planning our daily visits into Seattle. Particularly helpful were the courtesy van drivers. The room was clean and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was high in calories but very tasty. I would recommend that a side chair be added to the rooms. In conclusion, I would ask for this hotel on any future trips to Seattle.
