Most recent user reviewsScore 5 out of 5 Good value Rose, Melbourne, VI There was a large food store three blocks away as well as a Denny's and a couple of other restaurants. The highway on ramp was only two blocks down so it made commuting to Seattle fairly straight forward, though time consuming in the rush hour period.I found the hotel well placed, just off the highway, fairly easy to find and only a few blocks from down town Bellevue. The room was comfortable with a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge and stovetop). It would have benefitted from more cooking implements like a large bowl for salads and mixing, but otherwise was serviceable. Complimentary coffee was appreciated. No restaurant attached to the hotel. There was WIFI access for a small fee. The TV provided usual TV fare. Noise was not a problem, staff were friendly. Good value for the money. Score 5 out of 5 very family friendly daphne, 2007-02-19 This hotel is very comfortable. I will definitely stay again soon. Score 5 out of 5 Comfortable and clean SUSAN, Chicago, IL, 2006-10-16 My husband and I did enjoy our stay. The room was clean and everything needed was provided. Overall, very good value for the money. We would stay there again. Score 5 out of 5 My review of ESA Seattle-Bellevue malcolm, 2006-09-03 Bellevue square is located about 10 minutes from the hotelThe hotel was very nice, very clean and quite. I really enjoyed my time in ESA. I am planning to come back to the hotel in the near future. Score 4 out of 5 Extended Stay a Belleview WA Anonymous, Dallas, TX, 2006-03-29 There is a very good Brew Pub (Rockbottoms) about 8 blocks away. The food is above average in taste and priced correctly. The Extended Stay in Belleview was clean with large rooms and the normal room amenities, (refrigerator, stove, etc.....)were working nominally, however the most used piece of equipment/appliance; the HVAC unit was close to death. The blower had one speed, very, very slow. No matter whether the HVAC would be in Low/High Heat, Low/High HVAC or just the Fan mode, the amount of air being blown out of the unit was unacceptable. If a staff had executed a proper maintenance plan this might be avoided in 8 out of 10 cases. Having recently stayed in The Mandalay Bay and talking with a technician that a method called JIT (Just in Time) is the only maintenance that gets performed in the rooms. In short this means when a hotel customer calls with a problem is when the Maintenance is Performed. Since I didnt arrive until after 10 PM, I felt there was little hope of getting anything accomplished at that time of night. Score 2 out of 5 Remodeling Anonymous, 2005-10-28 In my search for a hotel in the downtown area I recall that one had listed they were undergoing remodeling but I thought I had not chosen that hotel. I may have been mistaken because the ESA was undergoing remodeling. The hallway smelled of glue but the smell was not present in the rooms which I was very happy for. The bed was extremely unfortable but the room was very clean. Check-out did not appear to be available until 7am and I happened to want to check out earlier and was not aware of a way to do that so I had to go run and errand and return before my meeting which was a little inconvient. It appears that the price was discounted from the regular room rate because of the remodeling . Score 4 out of 5 good value David, 2005-08-27 The hotel is very central in Bellevue, a large business center east of Seattle. It is about 15 or 20 minutes from the center of Seattle,The room was spacious, clean, and had a desk, table, and refrigerator, which made it very comfortable. I stayed only overnight at the hotel, arriving late. There was no one at the desk, which was inconvenient, although there was a small sign giving a phone number to call. A clerk quickly answered the phone and checked us in. A larger sign or other clear instructions would have been helpful. The hotel was in a central location in Bellevue, a large suburb of Seattle with its own business center. I felt that the hotel was good value for what it provided. It would have been particularly good if I had needed to stay longer. |
